Regional Survey for Coaches & Judges

NOTE FROM LYNN – In order to facilitate the meet, as time is of the essence, please have all entry forms for Easterns or Nationals filled out BEFORE attending the meet. All athletes can be listed on the form, and if they do not qualify, may simply be crossed off.
PLEASE FILL OUT THE FORMS AHEAD OF TIME. We don’t like the ‘I’m superstitious’ defense.
Reminder: Regional Coaches bring (TWO) Gym or Booster Club Checks ONLY for qualifiers entries to BOTH Level 9 Eastern AND Level 10 JO Nationals.
Note: If National Qualifiers attend the Team Seven Edge Clinic Monday, April 12, 2010 at Ocean Tumblers – Region 7 will pay your gymnast’s entry fee. See Team Seven Edge information for details.
