Elites dropping back to DEV: Gymnasts competing for a foreign country

Hello all-
Just a reminder that any US elite athlete who would like to drop back to the DEV program must follow the petitioning process in order to use scores for qualification in the DEV program.  That process is outlined in Rules and Policies page 80, and the petitioning form can be found here:  https://static.usagym.org/PDFs/Forms/Women/elitedropback.pdf
Any gymnast (US Dual or non-US citizen) representing a foreign country and who wants to compete in the DEV program must complete a 2-step process outlined in Rules and Policies, pages 23-24.  This  2-step process includes 1. a formal written request sent to Tom Koll and 2. documentation of permission from the federation sent to Annie Heffernon.  Be sure to get approval for both steps. This process must be completed annually.
In both cases, these processes must be completed and approval received before any scores can count for qualification in the DEV program.
Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
Thanks.
