Session Times for the 3rd Level 4/5 Multi-Level Sectional are now available. The meet will be held at Virginia International Gymnastics (VIGS) in Midlothian on March 13 & 14, 2010.

Final Level 4 & 5 Sectional Information
The FINAL VAUSAG Level 4 &5 Multi Sectional will be held at Chantilly Academy Gymnastics Saturday and Sunday April 10th & 11th. Be sure to get your entries in as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in one of the last meets of the season.

VA Judges Cup Results
Thank you to all the gymnasts and coaches who attended this weekend’s VANAWGJ Judges Cup! The results are as follows:
- Level 4 - ages 6-7, age 8, age 9, age 10, ages 11 & up
- Level 5 – ages 7-9, age 10, age 11, ages 12 & up
- Level 6 – ages 7-11, ages 12 & up
- Level 7 – ages 7-11, ages 12-13, ages 14 & up
- Level 8 – Junior, Senior

3rd Multilevel Sectional Notice
Attention Coaches! Entries for the 3rd MLS hosted by VIGS are nearing/at capacity. Any entries from today forward (Feb. 23, 2010) for the 3rd Multi Sectional must be athletes that have not qualified to State yet. There is also the possibility that already qualified athletes may be “bumped out” due to needed space for athletes that need to qualify. Already qualified athletes will be “bumped out” on a “last entered, first bumped out” basis.
Judges Cup Schedule Revisions
The 2010 Judges Cup for the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Women’s Gymnastics Judges (VANAWGJ) is for Levels 4-10 & prep optional who will compete in various sessions from FEBRUARY 26-28, 2010 at the Chesapeake Convention Center in Chesapeake, VA. Scores from this meet may be used as an invitational or sectional qualifying score.

Revised VA All Stars Optional Program Guidelines & Requirements Chart
The VA All Stars Optional Program Guidelines & Requirements Chart has been revised. Any updates, rewording, edits or additions made have been in favor of the VAOP athletes. Most of the updates which have been made are for Judging guidelines to be up to date and parallel some of the recent changes to the JO Code of Points.
Any updates, rewording, edits or additions have been highlighted in yellow for your convenience so you may spot them immediately. These changes will be applied and followed through 2013. Any updates will be sent out accordingly each new season.
