The 2024-2025 VA USA Gymnastics Phase I has been completed and all meet requests submitted have been placed on the 2024-2025 Invitational Calendar. Reminder to get those Judges Request Forms in asap!
The Phase II Meet Reservation Process is OPEN as of Monday, June 3rd, 2024 and concludes Sunday, June 9th, 2024.

Note: Virginia’s Invitational Calendar provides a list of invitationals hosted by Virginia Member Clubs. Please acquaint or reacquaint yourselves by reading all reminders and instructions below. All invitational meets that were on the VA State Calendar 2023-2024 will retain their priority weekend status for the 2024-2025 season.
Phase II – CURRENT HOST CLUBS REQUESTING NEW WEEKEND DATES:
Clubs who hosted meets in the 2023-2024 season that want to change their date in the 2024-2025 season ONLY must submit NEW meet weekend date(s) between Monday, June 3rd – Sunday, June 9th.
Request for a change of date for your meet will be considered in the context of the meets already scheduled during Phase I.
CALENDAR REVIEW:
We recommend that clubs review both calendar links below and determine if the weekend reserved this past season (2023-2024 season) is appropriate for your club to reserve for the 2024-2025 season.
The link for the 2024-2025 VA USA Gym Calendar below will stay live as meets are approved and placed on the state calendar.
The VA USA Gymnastics Meet Reservation System allows Virginia clubs who want to host competitions and be included on the VA State Calendar. It also enables the state to publish the pending invitational calendar earlier in each season so all may plan their competition calendars.
Please follow all Phase I, II & III guidelines to have your requested meet dates confirmed and included on the VA State Calendar.
The link for the 2024-2025 Invitational Calendarwill stay live as meets are approved and placed on the state calendar allowing members to view current dates as they are added.
IN HOUSE MEETS ARE NOT SCHEDULED THROUGH THE VA PHASE MEET RESERVATION SYSTEM. To request an In House Meet you will send a Completed Judges Request Form after Monday, June 24th to VA NAWGJ Co-SJD’s at vawvsjd@gmail.com.
Phase I: May 14th – May 26th (Current host clubs requesting the same meet dates)
Phase II: June 3rd – June 7th (Current host clubs requesting a different weekend)
Phase III: June 10th – June 23rd (New host clubs requesting a new meet on the calendar)
Please Note: All Host Clubs are asked to please review all Meet Hosting Guidelines, Meet Director Duties & Guidelines, Women’s Rules & Policies, Sanction and SafeSport Guidelines included on the USA Gym Website. See Links below;
Clubs who hosted meets in the 2023-2024 season that want to CHANGE their date in the 2024-2025 season ONLY must submit NEW meet weekend date(s) between Monday, June 3, 2024 – Sunday, June 9th, 2024.
New Host Clubs wishing to Request NEW Meets MUST WAIT until Phase III of the Meet Reservation Process.
A SEPARATE FORM must be completed for EACH meet weekend date a club is submitting.
Note: Due to Judge Scheduling, please only request # of weekend days on the calendar you know you can fill.
Remaining Meet Weekends available may be considered and requested during Phase III of the Meet Reservation.
CONFIRMATIONS: Confirmations for dates submitted will come via the vameetschedule@gmail.com email.
Meets will be placed on the schedule as PENDING until judges request forms & payment are received and judges can be confirmed – Sunday, June 9th Phase II concludes.
JUDGES REQUEST FORMS: Judges Request Forms and payment MUST be received within 14 days of each meet date confirmed by VAUSAG or clubs forfeit their requested dates and those dates will become an open/available slot on the 2024-2025 VA Meet Calendar. FORMS & PAYMENTS: After clubs receive confirmation
PAYMENTS: Fees must be sent to the VA State Judging Director within 30 days of confirmation receipt.
PAY JUDGES REQUEST FEES: Make Club or Gym Checks payable to: VAWVNAWGJ & send to the address below or pay via Paypal at https://www.paypal.com/paypalme/VAWVNAWGJ to pay the Judge’s Request Fees due.
$5.00/ judge/meet requested (2 judges=$10.00 / 8 judges=$40.00, etc), sent to the VA State Judging Director within 30 days
Phase III – NEW HOST CLUBS REQUESTING NEW INVITATIONAL DATES:
As of Monday, June 10th the VA Meet Schedule will be posted.
Clubs that want to host new meets in the 2024-2025 season can see what weekends are available to request NEW INVITATIONAL MEETS submit requests from Monday, June 10th – Sunday, June 23rd.
