VAOP State Meet Information
The 1st VA All Star Optional Program State Meet will be held at Virginia International Gymnastics in Midlothian, VA on May 30 & 31.
ACTION is requested ASAP. If you have athletes planning to enter the VAOP State Meet Steve Garman is asking that you REPORT your clubs participation numbers ASAP. Please categorize numbers as follows:
# – VAOP Novice
# – VAOP Intermediate
# – VAOP Advanced
Send this information to Steve Garman, VAUSAG State Chairman at vausag@aol.com as soon as possible so we may plan appropriately for host club, judges, awards, etc. It is critical we receive this data from all who plan to participate. NOTE: VAOP State Meet entries will be limited based on a “first come – first serve” basis.
Remember to enter your VAOP athletes to their VAOP State Meet at www.vausag.com via the online entry form by Monday, May 11th. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.
