Important Note for ALL Clubs & Members: VA All Stars Optional Program will continue through the 2012-2013 competitive season. As of July 31st, 2013 Virginia will adopt the NEW “EXCEL” Program through USA Gymnastics with the new rules and Virginia guidelines.
