SANCTION
REPORTING PROCEDURES
Step
One
Before
requesting a sanction or sending information for invitational
meets, send a request for judges to the State Judging
Director and confirm availability of judges.
All
Local, Invitational, Sectional and State Meets must be
sanctioned for qualification and use of USAG insurance.
Look in your Rules and Policies for a "Sanction Request
form" in order to hold a sanctioned meet.
Sectional & State Host clubs should note sanctioning
responsibilities in the appropriate section of this handbook.
After
the meet is over:
Make sure all judges, all coaches and the meet director
have signed the sanction. USAG numbers and other pertinent
information should be on the form. For ease, we suggest
that all coaches sign during the coaches meeting.
Step
Two
