IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
INVITATIONAL MEETS, JUDGE'S CUP, AND LEVELS 6-10 STATE MEETS

Invitational Meets

• ALL Virginia sanctioned meets are considered qualifying meets. Therefore, all judges must be contracted through the Virginia State judging director.
• CONTACT THE STATE JUDGING DIRECTOR (Diane Berry) before sending out meet information to determine the availability of judges.
• Include Diane Berry on your mailing list when sending information to clubs about upcoming meets your gym will be hosting: Diane Berry, 1213 Hartford Ct., Virginia Beach, VA 23464

Judge's Cup

• All levels may attend. Please note that only one (1) optional session will be scheduled for Judges Cup.
• Athletes may or may not use this meet as a qualifying meet. If they choose not to use this score for qualification, they have NOT declared their level.
• Use the appropriate Level entry form for a sectional meet.
• Normal qualifying procedures must be followed if used as a sectional meet.

Levels 6, 7, 8, 9 & 10 State Meets

Entry to the State meet can be made in one of two ways:

• Attend any invitational meet and score at or above the state qualifying score for that level.
• Gymnasts that were Regional/National level competitors during the 2005-2006 season may enter at the same level this year.
