2nd Multi Level Sectional Session Times and Information
Chantilly Academy Gymnastics Boosters would like to welcome all clubs, coaches and gymnasts to the VAUSAG 2nd Multi Sectional the weekend of January 28th, 29th & 30th. We have received over 540 entries and are excited to be able to offer 7 sessions, which includes 1 Friday session, to accommodate everyone. As you can see we have a full house. Please distribute the attached packet to all your members as soon as possible.
The packet includes: Session Announcement – Session Times, Team Assignments, Required Number of coaches based on team splits, purpose of sectional statement from VAUSAG Handbook, directions to CAG and a Sectional Parking Guide for CAG.
Additional Information regarding hotels, restaurants and other host club information was included in your Sectional Packet, but can also be found at www.chantillyacademy.com or at www.vasuag.com.

2011 USAG Easterns Information
The web site for 2011 USA Gymnastics Eastern Championships is live. The site is not complete and material is added on a regular basis.
Individual Event Specialists Declaration Date – 1/15/2011
Virginia Clubs who have Level 9 & 10 gymnasts who they wish to declare as Individual Event Specialists for the VA State Meet and Region 7 Championships must do so by January 15th, 2011.
Individual Event Specialists state qualifying score per event is an 8.50. They may use qualifying scores from any sanctioned invitational to qualify into STATES. Normal state meet entry score reporting procedures apply. As a reminder, IES athletes must score a 9.00 at their state meet to qualify on to the Region 7 Championships on each IES event.

Judges Mileage Rates for 2011
Attention Women’s Judges and Meet Directors:
Effective January 1, 2011, the rate for mileage reimbursement for judges is $.51/mile to reflect the recent in the IRS standard mileage rate for 2011.
