2010 Judges Cup Session Times
The 2010 Judges Cup for the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Women’s Gymnastics Judges (VANAWGJ) is for Levels 4-10 & prep optional who will compete in various sessions from FEBRUARY 26-28, 2010 at the Chesapeake Convention Center in Chesapeake, VA. Scores from this meet may be used as an invitational or sectional qualifying score. This meet will be Capital Cup format.
Levels 8-10 State Meet Reminders
Just a reminder to all VAUSAG Members. Paragon Gymnastics is the Host Club for L8-9-10 VA State Championships which will be held at River Bend High School in Fredericksburg, VA. Please look forward to hotel information, program information and directions coming soon!
The Entry Deadline is March 1st 2010, but the sooner you get in your state entries to Steve( vausag@aol.com ) and Rex ( rdlacy@cox.net ) the sooner we can get session assignments to you. Be sure to complete your Senior Forms as soon as you can!

Individual Event Specialists Declaration Date – 1/15/2010
Level 9 & 10 Virginia Gymnasts who wish to declare as Individual Event Specialists for the VA State Meet and Region 7 Championships must do so by January 15th 2010.
Individual Event Specialists need to score an 8.50 on their event to qualify into states at any sanctioned meet. Normal score reporting procedures apply.
Please e-mail your Level 9 & 10 athletes you’d like to declare as Individual Event Specialists to Steve Garman, VA State Administrative Committee Chairman at vausag@aol.com by 1/15/2010.

Attention All 2010 Seniors
Coaches: Please be sure to report all 2010 SENIORS on your VAUSAG Level 8, 9 & 10 Entry Forms AND complete the Senior Athlete Form.
Please use one form per athlete. When complete you may either go to the file menu and hit SAVE AS adding your Club name to the document title and then e-mail the file to Steve Garman, VAUSAG State Chairman at vausag@aol.com OR PRINT the document and FAX it to Steve at 703-241-1804. You may also bring with you and turn in at the coaches meeting. Please report all senior athletes PRIOR to the State meet for planning purposes.
