Virginia State Meeting
VAUSAG’s Annual State Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 24th from 5:00-7:00pm at the Courtyard Marriot North in Virginia Beach, VA (click link for hotel address, directions, phone). Special block rates (rate good until 9/23/09) King or Double – $129, Suite – $154.
For those of you attending the Region 7 Mini Congress (click link to download Mini Congress packet) the same weekend – it will be a very convenient trip over from Mini Congress to the State Meeting. For those of you not attending mini congress you can enjoy a day and evening at the beach. The hotel location is so convenient to Mini Congress we encourage our VAUSAG members to take advantage of our VAUSAG room block for Friday and Saturday night at the oceanfront property.
We look forward to seeing ALL of our Virginia professional members – coaches, judges and club owners. Please be sure to have a representative from your club present at the meeting.
