Virginia Gymnast, Simone Friedman, Wins 3 Silvers at Maccabiah Games
Virginia gymnast, Simone Freidman of Capital Gymnastics NTC, brought home 3 silver medals recently as an all around gymnast for the 18th Maccabiah World Games. The USA team won the silver and Simone earned a silver medal for the uneven bars and another for her performance on floor. 2009 High Performance Camp Information
2009 High Performance information is now available and will be posted on the Region 7 website. The camp is scheduled for September 11-13, 2009 at Woodward. Deadline for registration is August 19. Eligible gymnasts include qualifiers to Easterns, JO Nationals, NIT and alternates. All gymnasts must bring a medical form and liability waiver completed by a parent/legal guardian, and coaches/judges must bring a completed adult liability waiver.
