Level 5 Virginia State Meet Information
The Level 5 Virginia State meet will be held May 9 & 10, 2009 at the Grant Center on the north campus of Averett University in Danville (707 Mount Cross Rd. Danville, VA. 24540). The meet will be hosted by Blue Ridge Gymnastics and organized by the VAUSAG state board.

Level 4 Virginia State Meet Information
The Level 4 Virginia State meet will be held May 16 & 17, 2009 at the Boo Williams Sports Complex in Hampton. The meet will be hosted by World Class Gymnastics and organized by the VAUSAG state board.

Final Level 4 & 5 Sectional Results
The final Level 4 & 5 Sectional meet was held at Ocean Tumblers on April 18 & 19, 2009.
Level 10 Regional Meet Information
The 2009 Level 10 Regional Championships for Region 7 will be held April 25 & 26, 2009 at the Boo Williams Sports Complex in Hampton, VA. It is being hosted by Word Class Gymnastics.

VAOP State Meet Information
The 1st VA All Star Optional Program State Meet will be held at Virginia International Gymnastics in Midlothian, VA on May 30 & 31.
ACTION is requested ASAP. If you have athletes planning to enter the VAOP State Meet Steve Garman is asking that you REPORT your clubs participation numbers ASAP. Please categorize numbers as follows:
# – VAOP Novice
# – VAOP Intermediate
# – VAOP Advanced
Send this information to Steve Garman, VAUSAG State Chairman at vausag@aol.com as soon as possible so we may plan appropriately for host club, judges, awards, etc. It is critical we receive this data from all who plan to participate. NOTE: VAOP State Meet entries will be limited based on a “first come – first serve” basis.
Remember to enter your VAOP athletes to their VAOP State Meet at www.vausag.com via the online entry form by Monday, May 11th. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. 2009 Virginia Qualifiers to Regionals
The state of Virginia will be well represented at the 2009 Region 7 Championships in Levels 8, 9 and 10. We had 165 athletes qualify to regionals this year. Way to go gymnasts and coaches!
