The 1st Level 5 Sectional meet will be held Jan. 31 – Feb. 1, 2009 at Chantilly Academy. Since the 1st Level 4 Sectional is being held the same weekend at GMS, any session requests must be made at the time of registration.
VAOP Updates
Putting VAOP Requirements to use in December we found a couple areas needing correction/clarification. One was simply a formatting issue ( Intermediate Floor Req was cut off – that has been fixed) and the other required a rewrite of the Advanced Floor Requirements. Any changes from the November update are highlighted in orange.
Coaches and Owners please distribute to your gym members and dispose of any prior printed VAOP Requirements and use the latest updated copy ( which should be our last this year ).
